In the past few years, the Alpha Course has attracted over a million people in the UK.

The format is simple - once a week, for ten weeks, you are invited to an informal supper which includes a video presentation and is followed by a discussion over coffee in small groups at no charge to you.

The sorts of issues looked at include:

> Who is Jesus?
> Does God answer prayer?
> Is there really a life after death?
